About Launani Valley
Did you know there's more to Mililani than Mililani Town and Mililani Mauka. There are two other communities that fall under the 96789 zip code. One of them is Launani Valley.
You might be familiar with the Mililani Tech Park, but did you know there is a vibrant community just below the tech park? Immediately north of Mililani Mauka, Launani Valley isn't your typical Central Oahu neighborhood.
First, it's surprisingly secluded, even for this rural part of Oahu's real estate.

Additionally, Launani Valley, to a greater extent is an assortment of little neighborhoods rather than one entirety. Truth be told, there are six individual communities in Launani Valley. Let's take a closer look at each of these communities.
Built in 1992, this condominium community is comprised of 14 3-story structures. There are 6 diverse floor plans - 2BR/1BA (703 or 782 sq ft), 2BR/2BA (813 or 833 sq ft) and 3BR/2BA (875 or 895 sq ft)
Also built in 1992, The Gardens are a sister property to The Ridge. 238 apartment suites are contained in the 17 structures that make up the complex. The relationship to the Ridge stretches out to the floor plans, which are the equivalent - 2BR/1BA (703 or 782 sq ft), 2BR/2BA (813 or 833 sq ft) and 3BR/2BA (875 or 895 sq ft).
This community was built in 2 unique stages, the first in 1995, and the second in 2000. It's also divided between 1 story (2BR) and 2 story (3BR) units, making it a blend of townhomes and condos. These are incredibly large living spaces and all have lanais of more than 110 sq ft to them.
Including the lanais, the designs come as 2BR/2BA (1,182 sq ft), 2BR/2BA (1,238 sq ft) and 3BR/2BA (1,392 sq ft).
A unique feature of the 3BRs is the 26' ceilings in the living areas, creating a grand feel as you enter the space.
Completed in 1996, it's named for Waikakalaua stream that runs through the valley, these condos have designs of 2BR/1BA (724 sq ft), 2BR/2BA (797 or 833 sq ft) and 3BR/2BA (925 sq ft). This is the smallest community in the valley, with only 6 3-Story structures and 84 homes, total, which makes it the most peaceful community in the valley.
Woodcreek is the place you'll discover genuine houses, with both duplexes and detached single-family homes found throughout the complex. Every home has either 3 or 4 bedrooms, making them the best choice for larger families.
The larger living spaces make these homes more desirable if you need a little more personal space. These layouts include 3BR/2.5BA/Duplex (1,167 sq ft), 3BR/2.5BA/Single Family (1,326 sq ft) and 4BR/2.5BA/Single Family (1,326 or 1,658 sq ft).
Lanais are found with each model, for the most part adding another 124 to 140 square feet to the total living space. You'll cherish coming outside to sit and tune in to the hints of nature in the cool of the night.
